Senior VP – Strategy & Solutions

Job Description:

  • Strategy planning & execution in line with business goals
  • To work / partner with sales, technology, operations and client teams to ensure that the overall organizational business goals are met
  • Targets and initiates business partnerships with other companies.

Experience & Skills:

  • Graduate with 15 to 18 years of experience in BPO/KPO/LPO and allied business services.
  • Thorough knowledge and prior experience in identifying and developing technology solutions for business processes
  • Ability to get things done, look at issues holistically and influence others

VP – KYC & AML Services

Job Description:

  • Managing all aspects of the projects, identifying, solutioning, developing and execution and ensuring the successful achievement of timelines and budgets
  • Create RFI and RFP responses for new KYC proposals
  • Developing new business approaches and technologies across departments and clients

Experience and skills:

  • Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial role, with experience handling teams and functions in the KYC & AML space
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Good relationship skills, self-motivated, proactive and eager to develop newer capabilities in an evolving role. Ready to wear multiple hats as and when needed by the company
